What is counselling?
Most of the time we are able to deal with the ups and downs of life. It can sometimes be tough, but with the support of friends, family and others, we can get through. However, on occasion, events from the past or present happen that we feel we could do with extra input to work through. A Counsellor is trained to work with you to bring healing and hope.
